Nicole Back On The Simple Life!
 It hasn't been announced yet, but the FOX Network still hasn't found a suitable replacement for Nicole Richie on "The Simple Life"-- Paris Hilton wants them to hire her best friend-- Kimberly Stewart-- FOX gave her a screen test and determined she's got the personality of a block of wood. They asked Paris to reccomend another girlfriend, but she doesn't have any. She says: "For some reason women don't like me." But FOX has a show to put on. Finally, they called Paris and told her the truth: They said she was basically "window dressing" on the show, and Nicole was the one that made everything happen. Nicole is coming back.
Yay! Hopefully Paris and Nicole can just start over and be the best friends that we all know.

Hilton Ashamed of Live 8 Ignorance
 Hotel heiress Paris Hilton is so ashamed she attended London's Live 8 gig on July 2 even though she knows little about African poverty, she's vowed to study the issues while planning her forthcoming wedding.
Scissor Sister Ana Matronic slammed Hilton for attending the concert without understanding its key aim of persuading leaders of the eight largest industrial nations to cancel debt in the developing world, double the aid budget and rewrite global trade laws.
But Hilton insists she will make amends by reading about it while she's preparing for her marriage to Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis.
She says, "It's such a great cause. It makes you realise how fortunate we are. I want to get more involved in this cause, so I'm going to read all the newspapers while I'm in Athens planning my wedding."

Paris To Study African Poverty
Simple Life Star Paris Hilton vows to study more on African poverty after Ana Matronic, member of singing group Scissor Sisters, criticized Hilton for showing up to the Live 8 concert in London without understanding its primary goal. Hilton insists she will make up for it by reading up on it as she prepares her marriage to Greek shipping heir Paris Latsis.
She adds, "It's such a great cause. It makes you realize how fortunate we are. I want to get more involved in this cause, so I'm going to read all the newspapers while I'm in Athens planning my wedding."

Sending Picture of Paris Hilton Puts Man in Jail
Sending an indecent picture of hotel heiress Paris Hilton to a boy of 13 on his mobile phone landed a man in court yesterday.
The image Richard Marshall forwarded came from a video which appeared on the internet two years ago, featuring Hilton romping with her boyfriend.
Selkirk Sheriff Court heard the offence came to light when the boy's family complained to police.
Sentence on Marshall, 34, of Newtongrange, Midlothian, was deferred for nine months. He was told his name would be on the Sex Offenders Register until then.
